Clear the browser cache and reload the WLW map.
Another round of optimizations.
Improved performances on entry-level and mid-range computers.

Here are some WLW "benchmarks":

1) I have a piece of crap for testing purposes only

3rd person (HD weapons & characters disabled): 35-40 FPS

2) Core 2 Duo E6400, 4GB RAM, Nvidia GTS 450

It seems WLW requires a much better computer than other maps. Lots of lagging and my fps were even 10, haha.

A complex map requires a good processor.
That 10 FPS indicates a slow processor.
You need to disable HD weapons & characters and to use 1st person.
Also, be sure you don't use any Special FX.

Here are a few of the medium FPS values in the WLW map today:

hawk (Intel HD Graphics 3000) : 42
stills14 (Intel HD Graphics 3000) : 50 (!)
metallica77 (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400) : 41
rookie77 (GeForce 9500 GT) : 45
rmmatador (GeForce 8400 GS) : 49
slapshot (ATI Radeon HD 4200) : 41
Ace---007 (Intel HD Graphics) : 30
rthompson (GeForce GTX 550 Ti) :50 (!)
freekarol (AMD Radeon HD 6520G) : 18

And here is a Core 2 Duo E6400 (a 7 years old processor) with Nvidia GTS 450
HD weapons & characters ON, Bloom ON!
WLW_Bloom.jpg
46 FPS in the "worst" map spot !

I will have to wait until weekend to play this map, rrrr.
For the last 2 or 3 weekends my fps have been very erratic. I got to play on a weekday a few weeks ago, and my fps were good.
So you will have to wait for my indepth analogy on the new map for just a few more days

 I have played this map with my two laptops and both were very good, both are windows seven and about 3 or 4 years old the one today as a core i3,not sure about my other laptop,no matter as everything is fine,no problems, game play is smooth and the graphics are good, just the same as the other maps.

Anything above 40 FPS means smooth movement, good aiming and good gameplay.
Anyway ... clear the browser cache for the 2nd time today.
All those with crappy computers might get another 2-3 FPS boost.
Next month you'll get 2 wagons, "someone" in jail and a trap for those very "skilled".

It seems I will have to buy an external graphic card or add more RAM. A processor AMD A6-3420M could be enough. Or I will buy some of Lenovo laptops but begging for it would be much better, haha.

A dedicated (external) GPU is the best solution.
However, statistically speaking, about 50% of the Hopeless 2 players with laptops,
have Intel HD Graphics 3000.
That means the 2nd generation Intel Core i5 / i7 processor with IGP ( integrated graphics processor).
Most of them have over 40 FPS in any map.
These days you can buy a laptop with Intel HD Graphics 4000 (the 3rd generation Intel Core i5/i7).
Obviously, with better performances compared to the previous version.

But keep in mind: only the best laptops can compete with the mid-range desktops.
So a (not very expensive) desktop is always better than the most expensive laptop.
I have a laptop (with Core i7 processor), but I don't play games on it.

hehe, you need to look very carefully to find the difference as all have same haircut, nearly same eye shape except difference in eye color (I like the green one out of these) so green one is easily identified as diff while others have same nose, change in lipstick or its application and eye colors.

And thank you so much for appreciating me for my smartness, i am much obliged :P hehe

It's the SAME character with 4 DIFFERENT outfits.
And you don't have to be a guru to see the differences.

You already know the Ultra game mod.

At these moment there are 5 weapons in double resolution: MP5, M4, RPG7, M14 and Famas.
More weapons will be included this summer.
But not only that!
It will also include the best characters in double resolution.
Here is a sample of what you'll get:
