Effective April 9, 2019, Adobe Shockwave will be discontinued and the Shockwave player for Windows will no longer be available for download. End of support does not mean that Shockwave content won't function anymore after the date. Shockwave won't be offered for download anymore by Adobe, but existing installations can still be used to play Shockwave content. Third-party download sites may continue to offer Shockwave Player for Windows, and users may install the program on Windows devices.

Until HTML5/WebGL is going to be a viable option for this kind of projects,
the lastest FULL SW installer is available for download here:

It seems that someone wants to stop gaming via a web browser. Unity Web Player support is canceled, now Shockwave support will be cancelled and Adobe will kill flash. Unfortunately, HTML5 is not yet perfect for online games.

For now, we can still play Unity, Flash or Shockwave games. But when Internet Explorer and ESR Firefox will drop support for them then it's really end. Unless we want to use older(unsecure) web browsers that still have support for Unity/Flash/Shockwave plugins.
