I need to know how to make a team!!!

I just started like 4 days ago and only play 2-3 hours a day i have over 900 frags and i wanted to create a team. I've read how to but i don't know where to go on this site in order to make one, im really confused. im just figuring out what guns to use up close or far away. i have 1 or 2 people that have over 2000 frags that i have teamed up with in games. If some one can guide in what i need to do to make a team i will be happy.

You need over 500 frags.
Find 3 other players with over 500 frags.
Go to "Board Index" and click on "Teams".
Open a topic in this forum section.
Topic title = Team name.
The team members must each REPLY to your topic on the forum!
After that, your team will be created.
Of course there are existing teams looking for more or newer members. You may search through their posts and leave a post indicating that you would like to join a team.

I didn't check out if your username is valid or not, but your forum account does not exist anymore.
Reasons:
1) automatic registration (spammer)
2) username with Caps only (child)

You need to register yourself again.
Do it properly this time.
