Innocent until proven guilty. They may cheat but I think just Remus can tell that for sure. But others can see who die normally and who don't. If players who don't die normally can't see reality(they think they have high frags because they are so so good killers), it's their problem. The soap opera about discriminating a team that discriminates other nationalities is useless.

From this point of view they are honest (never caught).

Turkey uses dynamic IP. So everytime you log onto a computer, the IP address changes. Most other countries use static IP. Meaning, the IP address is unique to the location.
