Removing Chat Prerequisites

I wished to talk about something I always thought as unnecessary, as you may know you require 100 points in order to access the chat for the first time. I personally encountered no players in this game ever since I created a new account (Lost my old one a couple years ago) so not being able to talk with other people right off the bat makes this an impossible task.

Thank you Remus, not a single time you've solved things late Also how about playing together or creating a dedicated Discord/Teamspeak server? Forums are a tradition but they are not initiative enough for notifying players or seeking out for ongoing games.
