For those with weak processors and bad sound cards there is a new button in the starting menu:
3D Sounds (you can turn them OFF/ON).

The nasty chicken is back!
Chickens everywhere: in all the maps and in any multiplayer mode.
Every time you kill a chicken you get +10 Life or +10 Armor.
If you kill a chicken with bazooka, you don't get anything. :mrgreen:
Other players might kill your chicken with bazooka. You don't get anything. :mrgreen:

v2.15

A new multiplayer mode is available: Infection.

You all start as woman doctor. :mrgreen:
If you kill an enemy, after respawning he turns into monster. :mrgreen:
The last man standing win the round.
However:
1) at least 4 players in that camp are needed to be credited
2) you must kill the last enemy (human or monster) to be credited
If the camp is full of monsters, no one is credited and you start a new round.
It seems the "ratones" will have an advantage, but I'm not sure. :mrgreen:
We'll see.

Maybe monsters get an advantage once they come back to make the game harder for all the humans remaining.

Maybe they get like 10 seconds of radar at 60-second intervals so the ratones can't just hide until they spy the last survivor.

We need to study the gameplay, but I don't think they need any extra advantage.
Just imagine 3-5 monsters hunting down a human "ratone". :lol:
If they kill him, there is no winner for this round.

Remus, I think that I understood this new mode but I need to ask you something.
I played this mode an hour ago and we were 4 in camp, some guy and me were last humans in camp, he is killed by monster and it's showed that we started new round, so in this situation my mission should be to find last human to kill him to get that credit or I misunderstand this mod? :roll:

Or, If I am last human in camp I should kill all monsters even if they respawn again and again... :roll:

I really don't think so.
A round is finished only in 2 situations:
1) you kill someone (human or monster) and you are the only human left
2) you kill someone (human or monster) and you are all monsters.
In the 1st case you are credited, in the 2nd one there is no winner.

New updates for the Infection mode:

- all the infected players (monsters) are listed in red.
- if you go in break time or spectator, you turn into monster. :twisted:

This multiplayer mode has a great potential: various round bonuses, altered gameplay
(for example if you are monster and you kill 2 monsters, you turn into human again), etc

Obviously.
As i stated before, round bonuses + 10 rounds bonus + ...
But first of all, I need to study the gameplay and to finalize the conditions for this multiplayer mode.

For 10,20,30 rounds, the scoreboard can be saved as well.

And because simplysheikh, cins and other experienced players still don't understand a simple rule:
To win the round, the last human MUST kill someone.
This condition is a MUST, otherwise only the cowards will win the rounds.
Example:
At one point, there are 2 humans and 2 monsters in the camp.
A monster kills a human.
The last standing human does NOT win that round.
He must kill a monster to win the round.

p.s.
I watched simplysheikh, cins and 2 other players for about 10 minutes.
Except the fact that 2 of them had bad connections, the game ran PERFECT.
Not a single glitch or error.

More Infection goodies:

- if you win the round, you get 10 points bonus
- if you are monster and you kill the last human (New Round), you get 10 points bonus
- if you are monster and you kill 3 enemies, you turn into human again. :P
You can trace the kills number in the 7th Mods icon.

It can be an unwritten rule if you guys want that monsters don't kill other monsters. Instead, you all go after the human.

I'm not sure how many will honor that. But it's a good idea.

Movies and games are different things. :mrgreen:
It's a bad idea for 3 reasons:
1) everybody wants frags and points.
Monsters searching for humans is a waste of time.
2) if the last human is a coward, that round is a waste of time for the other players.
3) the main goal is to win the round.
No matter how skilled you are, you cannot kill 3-7 players without get killed at least once.
So the current approach (you can turn into human if you kill 3 enemies) is the best one.

p.s.
All the handsome monsters want to turn into sexy woman doctor anyway.

i read all what u wrote still don't get what this new mode is about :help:
who wins the last human or the monster that kills the last human?
and u need to kill3_monsters or humans_without getting killed so that u return to a human ......that sounds nearly impossible in a full camp in tfc or egt!!!
anyway i haven't played in infection yet so we'll see :roll: ...

Hi remus,

Esta muy bien el juego, sin embargo parece que tiene algunas fallas o no se cual sea la razon de que a Pascual no se guardan los puntajes de infected.

Cuando ingrese a jugar me dijo que anteriormente tenia 10, sin embargo tubo que salir y cuando regreso ya no tenia nada. seguimos jugando, volvio a salir del juego con 5 infected, pero cuando regreso su marcador era 0 nuevamente. :shock:

Bueno no se a que se deba esto pero ojala se solucione por que no podra jugar este modo mi amigo Pascual. :biggthumbsdown:

pascual has the same problem as always: he is using an older game version.
He does not clear the browser cache (history) or maybe his browser is buggy.

The world of chaos: LandMines!
Kill yourself, kill the enemies after respawning, kill the enemies trying to pick up weapons,
just use your imagination. :lol:
The landmines are available in all the multiplayer modes!
Use the "action" button (by default "U") to buy a landmine.
Use the "L" key to activate it.
Be aware: you have only 5 seconds to clear the area!

You have 5 seconds after you set it to get out of there. THen you'll see it blip on your radar screen.

One land mine at a time until it explodes.
