Steve,

You might get a poo-poo weapon like this one:
ZPU-4.jpg

But I was talking about something else.
Remus wrote:There will be 6 weapons for every team:
1. pistol
2. shotgun
3. machine gun
4. sniper rifle
5. rocket launcher
6. super gun (machine gun + grenade launcher)

If you want badly a certain weapon (used in WW2) to be included, now it's the best time to name it.
so we are not getting the howitzer???

MG-42,MP-40,K-98, and now the Panzer Faust :?
Where's the bloody British weapons

If the British didn't have any weapons. Then it's no wonder the Italians changed side halfway through, and the American came in at the end to steal all the glory.

A BIG FAT NO

Troy, do you know what the Swastika means :?: and why the symbol has been outlawed in Germany and many other countries :?:

Should I ban a red color because communism loves to use it as its symbol? No? So why should I ban a religious symbol Svastika just because of Nacism?

I see a significant difference in banning a colour and banning a symbol.

If you could ask my Grandfather & Great Uncle(God rest their souls)
Swastika = Nazi.

In a way Karol, I must agree.
All religious symbols have/are being misused, and to ban the symbol because one group misuse it.
Well that is wrong, but the Swastika in many countries is outlawed, and to compare it to the colour RED :?:

Well that's just lame

Symbol as symbol no matter what it is. What is the reason to ban Swastika? To be sure that nobody will be a nacist? Well, it doesnt work at all. So what about to ban a hammer and sickle? Those things were also symbols of communism. But obviously you heard about communism just on TV... But from historical reasons the Swastika could be on German uniforms. And now I got an idea:what about creating in WW2 Russian and German teams?

Here in the U.S. it is covered under the "Freedom of Speech" so it is not banned. HOWEVER, wearing or displaying the swastika is considered highly offensive. It is outlawed in many countries if it's being used as a symbol of Nazism. If used on the German uniform, it would be just that.
Just throwing in my 2 cents worth.

I heard the rumour that it 's on the way. But there is only 1 problem. Mrs. Remus is watching what Mr. Remus is doing and she is not happy with the graphics.

12 new weapons, 6 new characters and a new map (with 3 candidates so far!) means a lot of work.
In july-august I didn't do almost anything (for various reasons).

p.s.
"good looking map" does not mean "good FPS value".
"good looking map" does not mean "good gameplay".
To have them all at the same time means even more work.

This is hard (next to impossible) to do in a browser-based game (there is no game files or content downloaded to your computer). So unless Remus has something new up his sleeve...

Another plug for the Springfield 1903 sniper rifle: American planners "borrowed" the more effective action found on the German 7mm Mauser, added a few modifications, and produced a magazine-fed rifle in 30.06 caliber that boasted phenomenal accuracy. The 1903 quickly gained a reputation as an outstandingly accurate and powerful firearm -- at the Battle of Belleau Wood in 1918, U.S. Marines armed with Springfields cut down enemy counterattacks from 700 to 800 yards away using iron sights only. The rifle continued in service through World War II and Korea and even saw combat as a sniper rifle in Vietnam.
