This is something we were dealing with back with the old game.
I tried to set some rules of respect. They weren't entered in stone; it was just a list - a gentleman's agreement, if you will.
We had simple and practical requests, like actually asking everyone if they're ready to go, or going to the flags before starting, or waiting until all members were at least in, not fighting after someone says "wait" or "stop," etc...
But these idiots don't hold true to these.
Messengers of Death, Call of Duty, Bangkok Dangerous, Hell Boyz, Brigata HG - these are the only active teams I know of that will follow such an agreement.
All the Turk teams start fighting when it's 3vs1 (unless they're the ones with only 1
), they kill and take flags and dogs while in break, they won't wait for anyone if they ask for temporary stoppage, etc...
Some of the Spanish teams are also like this, but I haven't played all of them so can't pass judgment on the lot.
There's no way to get around idiocy except to avoid it, unfortunately.
We can try to set some rules of respect, like golfing, but the fact of the matter is that morons won't stick to them. They'll continue to do whatever they want in this game and then shout "injustice" when they're punished for pushing the limits.
