It's possible to decode it if you know encoding details such as format information and QR Symbols. This would not be easy tho! The easiest way is using readers or online websites such as http://www.patrick-wied.at/static/qrgen/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to encode it. BTW, I was the first person who answered so I should really get the prize!
