In my opinion, that's a good idea and solution, cause this way the 'own-team killer' stays vulnerable and be a easy target to the other team. Like Scrappitt said, the game stays balanced.
I've already heard the ideia of the bullets don't affect team-mates. It seems good, but that way, you would fire even if you have a team-mate in front of you between your enemy. The game wouldn't be fair, would it?
I see that you (you all: beggining from Remus to the less-scored beta-tester) try to convert the game more realistic (both in quality of the camps and rules/definitions of the characters) so Scrappitt's idea isn't far from the reality: if your team knows you killed a team-mate just because he was in front of you when the enemy appeared or you fired the RPG when your mates were near the enemy and you killed them, you will get punished. That's why I agree: the person get punished without being killed.
