Ohhhh well, I suppose it could be because he doesn't have shockwave installed, doesn't have directx (latest) installed, he could not have java installed, compatibility issues, etc. I suggest he has all the "main" components (listed above) installed, he should check everything, including what version msn is in, if its in beta mode etc. It could also be the pop-up blocker, if he can get all all this info im sure I can help further, for I am a tech geek
