Okay, in the interest of turning this into a serious topic, let me be blunt about some players and then try to set up a system.
Lenny and Sheikh can select the players, and Scrap and I will judge them in one of three categories:
1: Good (This is good, normal, occasionally bad)
2: Okay (This is not "good," but it's minor problems like twitch, harder to aim at, take an extra shot, etc)
3: Bad (This is dying 8 seconds later, taking 5x the shots, moving like SH, skipping places, etc)
For me, our selection committee falls in the "Okay" category.
I've experienced Lenny and Sheikh with twitchy behaviors before. But compared to the rest, they're not "bad" at all.
So, being "okay," this is the type of player that can play alongside "good."
Now, of course, "good" means most of the time, as everyone is going to have bad days.
If we can just put the really "BAD" players into a category, then we're getting somewhere.
So, you guys can just enter the names of players, and then we'll judge them as good, okay or bad.
From there, players labeled as "bad" will not be able to enter into the new camp section.
If Scrap and I are split on someone, then Remus can check the connection records and make a judgment call on whether or not the player in question is okay/bad.
