We have tried to make this as even as possible. The end result is:
Active players with good attitude and good community contributors.
While at times, your attitude has not been the best, I will put my trust in you. If you meet the minimum 500 frags, continue with a good attitude and contribute to the community, then I believe you deserve to be Elite. I will give you my vote.

That's right.
elite is a reward for active players with good attitude and community contributors.
bonus is a reward for players with good connection.
This is a dynamic list.
Every month, the inactive players will be removed.
(do you see Milan, JackFrost and Fuku on this list anymore?).

srinu and naveen have bad connection.
But they got the "elite" label (one month probation) because:
- they are very active players
- they are nice folks
- they play team matches.

The game is already bloated with lists and filters.
The only (acceptable) solution is this one:

Elite (for active veterans & community contributors)
3 chickens per DS
elite camps
party girls
triple power for player mute & out
Bonus (for good connections)
+10% Life
+10% Armor
+10% Damage

In this way, the good connections should have better chances against "immortals".

I'm not sure if all Elite players can be trusted with the triple power out, but time will tell.

Abuse them and you'll lose them.

Supreme is right. There is currently no use of the BadCon list. What if we eliminate the Badcon list? Then it's 3 tiers. Normal, Elite and Bonus.
