Apply hear for the position of Investigators, you will be known as,
"The Watchers" you will be the eyes and ears for Hopeless 2 ...you will respond to Remus and the Moderators request, and have such duties as to investigate -certain players ETC. and to make a report on your findings!
this will include: The Trash List -recommendations, to Add or remove a player who is on this list? / Cheaters (aka morons) (Players with bad attitude): to follow up on complaints and if needed to to make a examination; - to conduct an official inquiry .
so here are the ones who have apply. we still are accepting more applications!

I hope you will reconsider this JackFrost. You are very instrumental in putting together the list of players (Trash List) that will eventually level out the playing field. This was a monumental task that you took charge of. Your persistence kept it moving and you saw it through to completion. Your work is greatly appreciated!

But, that task does not end. More new players enter the game every day. Hopefully, most will be good people with a good connection. But we all know that some will be cheaters and bad connections.

"The Watchers" is a good way to keep balance and check in this game. You are a natural leader for this.

Jack, you come under slapshot. And skull is your partner in finding peoples. So you can ask skull. If you both are unavailable then slapshot will have to see that whom he wants to appoint in place of you and skull.

To keep this fair and impartial, if anyone would like to add a player to the list of "to be watched", you may send it to me via PM. This way you can remain anonymous so there are no hard feelings from other players.

To anyone who should find him or herself on this list: This does NOT automatically put you on the BadCon list and this is not a punitive measure. It merely means that someone has witnessed a possible bad connection or other behavior associated with your account. This list allows us to study your account over time to see if this is true. For new players: You should clear your cache (delete your internet history) and re-boot your game frequently. This will prevent your character from appearing to have a bad connection or "speed hack".

Two players have been brought to attention:

fth for possible bad connection, and
atmaca53 for possible bad connection

Watchers please report anything you may see.

update on juan507 just played in ABC he is still very hard to kill ..life being limit to 100 and 0 armor has not hurt him in anyway or brought him down to almost normal?

Well, just five days ago today I posted that the player has serious problems atmaca53 connection.
I hope that my friend and skul slapshot, I understand.
I know I should have many applications to monitor players, but if you do not just stay organized and wasting time on issues outside of what you spent in the proposal, this "The Watchers" will not serve for anything.

Atmaca53 If this player is a hacker and not having connection problems so?
He already did so this month over 4500 frags.

He returns in places that is not normal again after he died,
He's ahead of you and suddenly he throws it behind you.
He disappears and returns all the time.
Yesterday I gave him 4 shots with the DS on and it simply did not die and even kill me.

I'm starting to believe that his problem is not connection.

Well, I've lengthened too. I hope my friends do not get me bad.

Still do not know if he is back or not? I can not say anything without proof.
But I found some very strange attitudes of HeroOI.

- He with 205 frags and complaining that only has 90 life and I have 140
- I told him about the old hero95 which was banned from the game.
And he immediately told why.
- He said he plays just three months, but only has 205 frags? I find it strange

But in any case so I'm asking everyone here to keep an eye out. I do not want another player to spoil the game again.

malawi, monazzo, gadafi_dafi, very bad connection indeed. When I play against these guys it's like I am playing with super soldier. Can not kill them without ds and if, with a bit of luck, I do kill them I get a shot or two also! owe34 I don't remember playing him....sorry Jack if I was helpfull.

These days yurikha has worst connection issues. He can kill you even not facing you. he would be shooting the walls infront of him and can kill you when you were standing behind him :) and can die when you spawn second time and giving you the point. Similar to welano and hannibal in past times.

BadCon Rules
1)anyone who is on BadCon List must stay on it 2-4 weeks depending on their improvements and attitude. before they can appeal it.
2) BadCon list players are not aloud to vote as long as they remain on the list!
3) it takes ten votes 10 votes to place anyone on list .
4) after 2-4 weeks Badcon player must ask if they can be removed!
they need 5 votes (of those 10) to be removed from the list.
5) during a appeal BadCon player must prove that they have fixed there connection issues! and promise to change attitude if this is in question?
6) when a person is removed from list they will be on parole - for 30 days.
if parole is broken they will be place back on list without a vote ever being taken.
7) always remember - very bad connection and attitude can put you right back on BadCon list! for
60 days before another appeal!
