The main goal of any update is: balanced gameplay.
A faster weapon with significant damage will ruin the game.
Don't you want Deadly Stryke and 100% accuracy for all your weapons?

Simply speaking, NO! I want my weapons to be faster, more accurate and with bigger damage than the others have! But after couple of beers it is the same for me. I am winning no mater what fire power I have.

A new multiplayer mode for you, Steve and other gurus: Kill the Moron
All the weapons have 100% accuracy, they send 100 bullets per second, but all the players are immortals.
The cheaters will figure out the truth: they are complete morons and they cannot have fun more than 5 minutes.

Clear the browser cache (history) and reload the game.
I'm preparing the background for the next major update (including the WW2 mod).
In this update there is a change with the 7th slot (the "extra" weapons with scope).
Now it defaults to Famas / AUG.
http://www.infdat.com/utils/weapons.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You also got the Famas assault rifle in NCY and TGY.

v2.56

A new feature is available: Walk / Run
I have to review the animations for a bunch of characters.
Until then, "Run" is a faster walk.

Note: this feature is disabled in the Beginner camps.

Everything has been calculated:
- to keep the gameplay balanced
- to be a useful feature in any map (not only in the big ones)
- to bring more fun
- to prevent the morons from running all the time.

If you clear the browser cache (history) and reload the game, every time you join a camp
you have 50% chances to see the 1st dynamic poster.
This is a slideshow with 4 posters.
The 1st one includes the most active teams on november 2012:
Messenger_of_Death, Black_Hawk, Destruction_Squad and Shy_Teds

Maybe increasing the number of team members in each team. This would increase activity.
6/7 active teams out of 8 is much better than 4/5 active teams out of 30.
16 to 20 players per team.

Just a thought

We'll end up with 4-5 active players of 20 and with worthless big groups of players called "teams".

But let's raise the number of members from 10 to 12 and we'll see how it goes.

I LOVE the new changes. Is the camp somewhat smaller than before? I know many of the alleys have been removed (I like them before because players that were not as familiar with the camp would get lost here trying to follow me! )

All in all, good changes. Hopefully more players will use the camp. It's always been one of my favorites.
