Learn more about stress management. Shortly, there is good and bad stress. Stress by itself is not bad...

Bad idea especially when you are killed almost every 5 sec . Then you are overstressed.

You are much too young to be worried about stress! Get out there and enjoy yourself while you are young! So many (older) people told me this when I was a lad. But I never listened. Now I am 5 times your age, I get out there every chance I get and HAVE SOME FUN.

I find that this produces very little stress!

One lesson that was very hard for me to learn as a young man was:

You cannot control other people's actions; but you can choose the way you react to them. So it's up to you if you decide to be pissed off, or just brush it off. Some people have one goal in their lives, to affect others. The best defense is to not let them affect you.

Life is too short to spend it being unhappy.

Absolutely true. Shortly, relax your mind and body and you'll never be overstressed. Try to relax when you are killed one hundred times during 5 minutes here.
