That's cause of your buggy browser
Use IE6, it's the best for this game

Everybody is losing a few frags from time to time.
For various reasons: connection glitches, traffic overflow, server issues, etc
But 30 frags is too much.
So the problem is on your side:
1) buggy browser
2) wrong browser cache settings.
If you're using Internet Explorer, click on Tools/Internet Options/Settings and be sure that
"Check for newer versions of stored pages = Every visit to the page"
