Elite
Requirements:
- active players (>500 frags in the current month)
- nice folks with good attitude
- forum members & community contributors
What do they get:
3 crows per DS
elite camps
party girls
They must ask for the "elite" label, the moderators (or the admin) must approve their requests.


Bonus
Requirements: "elite" label plus good connection
What do they get:
+10% Life
+10% Armor
+10% Damage
The moderators will nominate these players (2 votes are needed)


Note: the players with paid Pro Package get the "elite" label from administrator.

please be cautious when you approve players for new elite list.
i did see one elite player kicking another player out..
just because he couldn't kill him and said he had bad connection and was immortal..
that is not elite player .. that is one player that couldn't afford to lose.
bad connection and immortal? maybe.. maybe the elite player just missed his shots...
game is the judge, not elite players.. so if you were killed .then the game said so..deal with that..
we don't need that many players on elite list, so don't approve it just because he is old player or legend or friend...
and Praveen should be on the most dumb list..

A side note: the community "core" (the active "ancients") get the bonus from administrator if their connection is not bad.
And "not bad" does not mean good.
Anyway, the moderators will nominate the other players for "bonus".
But be aware: I won't approve nominations with bad connection.

To get the "bonus", the "elite" player must be nominated by 2 moderators.

Also, I agree with Sootie that buying the propack with points rather than money should count for the bonus! Afterall we earned it by playing this game actively.

Players with terrible connection (close to immortals).
Their life is limited to 100 and they have no accuracy boost.
The watchers will take care of this list.


Elite

The trouble with the last lists was, to many inconsistencies.
If the moderators are honest in their nominations, and the watchers honest in their votes, then all list will be honest.

That's the very least/best, we can all do for Remus

This is very important, the old elite list got spoilt by too many people getting elite because of who they were and not cos they had a good or even reasonable connection. As for the badcon list, this has been tainted by poor voting and a sense of injustice for some players. I still can't believe that Love has still been voted as having a bad attitude by some folks, this proves a flaw in the system for me.

In my opinion Love,fth,gadafi_dafi,Gallego and others should be take off the badCon list.
For the moment they will be on NO list.
Like i've said before "lets concentrate on the Elite list" for now.
Once we have this list right, then we can move on to the other lists.

Not all players are blessed with a good connection, but almost all players in hopeless2 have a good attitude. These players deserve a reward. That reward should be the Elite list.

Well, the boss will decide who deserves and who does not deserve is listed. I believe do not deserve, my connection is very bad.

It's obvious that votes were flawed for Love o be considered to have a bad attitude. Like I said before, Love can be added back in to a future vote if the connection is bad. But this way, I am assured that the vote is fair.

Fuku for Elite list
Fuku for Bonus hmm I'm not so sure
I don't fight against fuku, due to him being my team mate.
So I cannot comment on his connection, but I have heard veteranes comments from Topz,Kinho,and others, say his connection is not so good
So I say for the time being, Fuku should not be placed on the Bonus list.

Thank you all to add me to elite list one more time Lenny is right. Couple of players told me that have "problem" with me, like Kinho, Topz (when he loose match ). Jack told me one time that my xm shoot to fast . Most of that situations was in December when i had slowest connection 4mb/s. Now i have new internet provider since January. In speed test i have now download 17mb/s, upload 1mb/s. My ping is never higher tnen 85ms. I use most actual firefox. One running program, and one open window in browser. No one told me since January that im flying, or walking thru walls. Of course the final decision is up to you . Most time i play with Profesorhr, Sootie, Slapshot, Topz, Praveen. They all know best, and please give opinion.
