command to change a camp owner?

Is it possible and worth making a command to change a camp owner? Sometimes happens that a player with a worse connection is faster to open a camp than a player with a better one...

That will mess up all the camps.
Simply because there are many players with buggy computer and/or bad connection.
As I said before, the best approach is the
current session owner.

And what if the command would be available just for bonus players? I'm just curious, I wont die if I dont get it.

A "forced camp owner" is not a good idea.
Here are two examples:
1) in case of lost connection or ESC key for the forced camp owner,
who is gonna be the session owner?
2) in a camp there are 2 or 3 players who want to be the session owner.
They will mess up the camp and no other player will be able to join that camp.
They will try to get the lead and to mute or kick out the other "pretenders".
