Loading this game took me several minutes(even after deleting my web browser's data). What is wrong?

First of all, deleting the browser cache does not improve the download speed.


Secondly, the download speed depends on many factors. The most important are:
- your ISP
- your route to Chicago
- the load in Chicago network
- the server load
If you have glitches or slowdowns, the first thing to try is tracert hopeless2.net (with Command Prompt)
You will see the internet node with "problems".

And finally: is this a game bug?
