That's marketing.
For 10 EUR per month you get 100-200Mbit/s internet access.
But yes, in Romania the internet connection speed and quality is very good (most of the time).

Damn marketing. Yes, and Romania is one of the coolest place too visit. That I'm gonna visit in future.
