You must have a shockwave player installed. Maybe yours doesn't work properly. Get the player here:

I think the color is not pink but red. But maybe my glasses are dirty so I can't see well.

1.What web browser do you use?
2.Test schockwave player: https://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ Does it work? In Google Chrome, it offers me to download a dir.dcr file because Google Chrome doesn't support shockwave anymore.

Use the Firefox ESR browser.

Internet Explorer can run shockwave, PaleMoon or SeaMonkey should work too.
