NPAPI plugins won't run in Google Chrome anymore. Solutions:

1.contact a website owner and suggest change to a more modern, secure technology.
2.contact a plugin developers and ask them to switch to an API (PPAPI) plugin. API (PPAPI) plugins will work in Google Chrome.
3.use another web browser.

There is PPAPI flash plugin. This could help you even if it is still a beta version.
