I have not been able to play Hopeless 2 Mercenary Camp for the last two-three days now. Whenever I log in, I click to enter a map. But when it tries to connect, it says: Error! The connection tries two more times, both which were Error and then tries three more times to log into the Necromanthus server but to no avail. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, cookies etc. Neither helped. I realize this problem isn't on your side, but try and troubleshoot this for me since you're the master creator of this game. I haven't been able to play Infection either, which I REALLY want to. Thanks for listening and please try and help.

P.S I've tried running Hopeless 2 on Mozilla and Chrome, but once again failed.

There are problems with your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
To identify the problem, do the following:
- launch Command Prompt (in Programs / Accessories).
- type in that window tracert infdat.com
- when it's done, take a screenshot, save it as JPG or GIF and send it to me (PM or email).
