Fatih, tell Quangrau his connection is bad, and try to explain to him how he can make his connection better.
This player is new to the game, he need's to be give time to try and make his connection better.
If he still has bad con and 10,000/15,000 frags, and you have seen him many times with bad con not just 1 or 2 times, this is the time to report him.
Also it's not easy for bad con players to see bad con player's, so ask good con player's to check them out, but not every 5 minutes. OK
