penalty for some immortals

penalty for immortals should it be raised for BadCons list?

i myself notice a immortal using Items off command: in attempt to regain immorality back from being limit to 100 life and 0 armor! this gave him the ability to be immortal again. because he knew normal players could not get life or armor and med kit! so he was able to kill them with ease ! so lets look at what can be done to limit only immortals!

1) i think taking away Items off command?
2) take away D/S
3) reducing life a little lower maybe to 80
4) or place all immortals or and badcon list on server necromanthus.com Chicago usa ,,,because i hardly ever see anyone on this server?

anybody have any suggestions !
