There is nothing of the game stored on your computer.
I would say there is a problem with the configuration of the new graphics card. Try re-installing the driver program.

And the new graphics card is ... :?:

Anyway, Steve is right:
1) install the graphics card drivers (from its CD/DVD) and reboot
2) install the Shockwave plugin: http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/otherversions/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Select the FULL installer.
3) reboot and try again.

Answer to these questions:
1) tell me your Operating System and your graphics card (the exact model).
2) did you install the graphics card drivers (from its CD/DVD)?
3) did you install the Shockwave plugin?
4) did you use the Internet Explorer browser?

Very slow computer.
Not suitable to play 3D games.
:|
You need:
- Core 2 Duo 2GHz or better
- 2GB RAM or more
- GeForce 8600GT or better.

Yes, you can.
You need a graphics card.
Try to find an older one.
It should be very cheap.

Yes, you need an older graphics card with 128 or 256MB VRAM.
Check out the mainboard to see if you have AGP or PCI Express slot.
If you have AGP slot, GeForce 5600 should be enough for you.
If you have PCI Express slot, GeForce 7600 is cheap and good enough.

Important note:
If you have only 1GB RAM, do not use Windows 7.
Use Windows XP

Save your important files on CD/DVD, format the HDD and install Windows XP.
