I think we could create a new rule:who wants to get bonus must prove its internet connection. Its easy. Go to a website where you can measure your internet connection speed and send us your results. This is absolutely objective and nobody can argue about someone's connection any more.

We simply cannot tell him/her posted original one or not.
Ping only is not important for better connection i think Packet Loss matters alot here(in this game). From my opinion you guys should check everyone in camp before joining him/her in bonus list.

An IP adresss is a solution, hehe. Websites measuring internet connection usually also record an IP address. So nobody can fool us because Remus can compare his own ip addresses database with the one a player requesting bonus gave us. Except, most if not all of Turkey is on dynamic IP. So the address chances every time someone logs on. So one time, crap connection, the next time even worse connection.

Be an active player, get over 10,000 frags, don't use Caps Lock all the time
and maybe you'll get the elite label.
