i can log on to the fourm and it shows me as a member but when i try to log on to the game it says unknown player

You must have typed the name in wrong when you were registering for the game. Maybe you tried a different name and forget.

Try differen't variations and see if that helps.

The game database has nothing to do with this phpBB forum database.
You need to register twice: game account and forum account.
