Textures Quality (in the main menu):
1) Low (suitable for entry-level computers)
2) Medium (for mid-range computers)
3) High (the default setting

In fact you'll love it for several reasons:
- more realistic (try in the real life to strafe and check out the movement speed)
- better aiming
- better motion for bad pingers
- better cheaters hunt.

no.. i meant that if you changed to 0.5x strafe.. But you're still 160ms though right? You shouldn't (not 'you' personally but all 160ms) be so much slower to everyone else - only how you feel.I don't like it at all
