the old list and rating was removed . because you said it was to hard to understand!

so Remus simplified it.

1) ="immortals" (BadCon )
2)= very bad connection and bad attitude (BadCon )
3) =very bad connection and good attitude (no penalty, but it's useful to know them all).

note trash means BadCon now! but if you want to go back to the old rating list ask Remus either way is OK with me

I was taking a look at this topic.
And I think he came out the purpose for which it was created.
When I said that would have created a topic to be posted players with bad connections, I found a great idea.
But reading it now, I see that here turned only one endless discussion rules and conduct.
Please then create a topic for discussion of laws, rules, conduct, and so on.
And let's use this topic to your true purpose.
Ask to examine possible players with bad connections.
When I see is that less is done here.

I'm not sure I understand Zeus. By_Enes, Turk_askeri, cagari, sedko, vivek are already on the BadCon list.
Jennifer has already been voted not to be on the list during the first vote.

In my opinion players with less the 10,000 frag should be watched, not listed straight away

Lenny's idea is great, I support.

But we must not forget that there are many players who have been banned and are numerous accounts with less than 10,000 frags.

They are players who do this just to spoil the game.
And you know very well who they are.

This I agree, at 5000 points, the player has been made aware of his or her connection issues many times.

we want many to vote-but please vote with wisdom , because the BadCon is a good thing, and will help to bring stabilization to fair game play!

Yes they should be included! and The Purpose of the BadCon list is to bring normalization to game play! to the point as much as possible? for players who are immortal or allmost? and players with very bad connection and bad attitude problems. now new players need to Learn: the Rules of hopeless 2. and find that the moderators will inforce these rules regardless. and to know the watchers are there to make sure things go right in game rooms? and we know many are very young children- and it is best to learn when your young - and they will spread the word of the Badcon list to others also!

Don't just "copy and paste" someone else's vote!

All players deserve a few minutes of your time to do this.

My friends, don't get me wrong, but here the team discussed about them, one by one, and we go with the same opinion. We waste time on them. It's a personal and a team opinion.

haha, Slap consider skul vote = 5 votes then :) . it means if your team is against someone then no one can save that player :)
There should be fair vote policy, we have so many old pros as well who did not participate. So there should be fairness.
We should have more members from many teams to participate as watchers not all the members of same team

The more votes, the more fair the system is. We really need more than 10 to be absolutely fair!
