Your description shows a player with bad connection.
welano has registered team, is from Brazil and yes, his connection is terrible from time to time.

I have controlled him when I killed him many times..I asked him " are u ok? and have u any problem?" then he said "no thank you!".I don't think that he is a cheater.I can killed him so easily.May be he has impenetrability problem

He was walking straight and I started to shoot him from behind. I shot around 100 bullets, literally, and heard "ah, ah, ah, ah" a dozen teams, meaning I was hitting. Suddenly, he's not there anymore. I turn around to look, and he's beside me and I'm dead.

This happened about 12 times, so Kurt is a cheater!

Musoi's standard for cheating is the BEST one yet.

I actually thought about that when I seen the many camps empty. But inside of the actual game, playing in the absolute worst game I have ever played in, things were still inexplicably strange. I gotta call it like I see it, even if it's my old buddy mucaht.

houkei and tanpon (the same cheater from Japan) got banned.

So now they can hack the jumping too and jump 40,000 feet into the air?

But now I am even more convinced that the speed demons I see are in fact cheaters who just don't dial up their speed to stand out so much.
