I have another PC, another internet the best of my city. I have 31 - 34 packs, 35-50 fps, thi with fullcamp
So now ........... What prevents it from being elite or what is the other problem? I'll solve it

Timberwolf and Scrappitt are the managers of the "elite" list.
They are players with 80ms ping and very good connection.

Again, guys, please read this:

Elite Mode is reserved for players who have good Internet connection quality.

This does not mean ping. This does not mean errors.

These two are separate from quality.

Elite Mode is only for players with high quality.

Or, every once in a blue moon, an exception will be made for players if they are a member of a team where everyone else is elite, or if they are helpful at moderating the board and cheaters in camp.

Ahmet, yoxrock, turk_askeri: It is nothing to do with how many frags you have or how good you are. In order to be added to the Elite list, your Internet connection has to be good quality.

That's all this mode is. It's nothing special that you're missing out on. It is only designed so that players with good Internet connection quality can play together, and players with bad connection quality can not disrupt that.

So do not feel slighted if you are not included in this list. We realize that it is not your fault if you have bad quality connection.

Fix this and you will be allowed in. We do not discriminate on any factor other than connection quality.

Good = allowed in
Bad = not allowed

March 26th is deadline for Praveen. I am giving him one week to fix his 'net.

I gave him benefit of the doubt because he is sheikh's teammate, but it's so bad each time I play.

1 direct headshot, -1 point only! 3 times in a row i shoot and fire bombs, no death. Right behind him firing xm29, no health lost.

I like Praveen. He is the star of my videos. But something bad is going on these days.

It's not personal; but it goes against elite list to keep in players when they go bad.

All the players from India have the same connection issues to Chicago - USA.
Also don't forget something very important:
every country has rush hours (the connection quality is even worse).
Praveen is a very good player and a great guy.
If he is on the "elite" list or not is less important.
He is always welcome here.

The truth is that many players from Turkey have terrible internet connection (to Chicago USA).
They drop packages and they're close to immortal.
All the players with decent internet connection are authorized to kick out of camps the horrible connections.
Simply because they ruin the gameplay.

Just played against mustafa15 for about an hour 1v1 most of the time.
He seemed to be a very pleasant guy (not an idiot)
He also seemed to have an ok connection.
The only time he started to jump around was at the end of our game, but most of my memory had been used because of SW leak.

Strange thing is he said he was from Turkey.

I don't like to comment on connections these days, but his seemed good.
Maybe you can check him out when you see him in camp.

I have ran into Turkish players before who were okay. It's rare, but it happens! My guess is that they don't have MSN open, two downloads running, and CheatEngine playing in the background like the rest of our Turks from the forum here.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for this mustafa.
