Forget about proving to others and prove this to yourself. Be a good person, be honest, show pride in yourself and support others. This is how you prove to be a good person.

Our language barriers may make this difficult to understand so I hope that others will successfully translate this to you. Have faith and believe in yourself. I personally believe you CAN do this. Live by these words and you will find that others will happily remove you from this list.

Some time ago I was a horrible connection player, so I did an improvement in my game conditions.
[ game conditions = internet connection speed + close internet suckers ]
1) It was 5mb, now it's 15mb and
2) I don't use any connection suckers anymore since then.
Why ?
1) Because it's fair;
2) because it's the rule;
3) because is good for the gameplay.

If the player don't improve his game conditions, he becomes immortal.
If the player is immortal he is voted here.
With 5 votes he is elected to go to BadCon List.

Sorry fellows, but it doesn't work in that way.

First of all, it's not the same as before.
Secondly, I have to repeat myself: the purpose of this list is NOT to punish players.
We want to make them understand that their connection is very bad and they must do something to change that.
And finally, "BadCon, Elite & Bonus" is a kind of Hall of Fame and Hall of Shame if you like.
If they want more, they need to improve themselves.

suprem in past i did have some connection issues , buti had went from from Eathernet cable to wireless and it caused me problems maybe my car was bad? all i know was that i needy to fix it and i did! idid away with my wifi and got slinklink adapter and my connection is better then it has every been! my ping is good / also packs too ....but i have never been a Immortal far from it! but the voters all 12 of them thought ahmet was a Immortal...not that he bad attitude. e know ahmet is a good guy!
But all of us must deal with connection problems . but being on the The BadCon List just limits a person to 100 life and 0 armor. so they are on a more normal level with outher players and that is good!...now ahmet can try and fix his connection and if he can then he will be removed by 5 votes cast. as well as the rest of the players fix connection and some must change their attitude....now for some it is going to take a server. so how musch will it cost? find out and lets get to work on it, and look at some option. but please dont think i want to come here and hurt people, that is far from the truth ...im trying to help Remus in every way i can ..and i think! some of you moderators could have did a lot of better job then you have in the past! remember this is a game room so let make it the best we can and that will take some work! but remember childrean play games here so lets keep it decent and clean and stop the cursing. this list is the first step to a better gaming for all of us. the best is yet to come. i myself have have took hrs of my time trying to help and took a lot of criticism from many here, but i keep on trying to help and do good...but i myself will take no crap from anyone because i will voice my opinion

I agree with my Brother Lenny! When Remus asked for volunteers both you and Skul stepped up to the challenge. Other players were given the same opportunity to lead this effort but turned it down. I personally know you and Skul and am of the opinion you are both unbiased and want to help Remus with making this a better game for all of us. Keep up the good work!

with both of you that no special privilege for a group of players and stop voting with heart's and use brain, that's why Milan and I told Jackfrost about his connection. Last time when i saw him, he was with same connection in NCY.

That was some time back supreme...but i did fix it. as what cause my problem was going to wifi...but i got rid of it slinglink adapters is what i use now they work pretty good,

Also i want to make a statement about ahmet i just played a game with him in Abandon City - and found that being on BadCon list has not been a bad thing for him! with the life 100 and armor 0 has just made him more normal , tho he was still hard to kill but he did die. and he killed me too. so i think this is going to work out fine . and we had a good talk too

he just hit space bar then type last two letters : slapshot please have a talk with this guy and ask him not to curse!

1- you can ask him to stop doing it, but i'd just tell him what's going to happen if he doesn't stop.
2- mute him.

monazzo, just played (him or her idk) about 3 hours ago, 1v1 for 10/20 min, got my arse kicked

he was using radar though. I don't think his connection is brilliant but i do think he's a good player, this is where it can get confusing sometimes. He or she said to be from Italy, so John_H maybe interested.

I would say voters did a good job! except we had a misjudgment for

BadCon Rules
1)anyone who is on BadCon List must stay on it for 30 days before they can appeal it.
2) BadCon list players are not aloud to vote as long as they remain on the list!
3) it takes ten votes 10 votes to place anyone on list or to remove them.
4) after 30 days a Badcon player must ask Skul or me if they can be removed!
you cannot ask a moderator? because Remus has placed me and Skul in Charge.
5) during a appeal BadCon player must prove that they have fixed there connection issues! and promise to change attitude if this is in question?
6) when a person is removed from list they will be on parole - for 30 days.
if parole is broken they will be place back on list without a vote ever being taken.
7) always remember - very bad connection and attitude can put you right back on BadCon list! for 60 days before another appeal!
Remuse are you OK with this or do you wish to make any Changes?

Skul was really in charge i was just trying to help him work all this out before i resigned anyway! but Here we go again...just to make you happy supreme. as of this moment i Resign from Badcon obligation , so you will not have to criticism me on everything i do!.. i have spent many Hrs of my time trying to help in anyway i could and i guess i made a lot of enemies in the process i was doing my best to watch out for children and make sure all players had fair game play! . but i feel you and Milan had it in for me for a very long time! and you know what i mean? so today your wish came true! and?
p.s. i don't even hate you for it. because thats just the way you are . but it cannot be said of a truth, that JackFrost lied, cheated or hated anyone! because i don't . and thats the truth. now I'M not going to try and defend myself from any allegation or fabrication you may wish to post. have a nice day.

I don't think you can understand well that what i wrote and that was to the point. Do you want to take place over moderators? Why you cannot listen to a moderator or moderators while you are expecting others to listen and OBEY to you if you are incharge of some list?

And to make ME happy , you are resigning??? No, you want to run away of truth, you cannot apply rules for you, you know only for others. It was better to answer only the points i mentioned rather than a useless speech for nothing. You always do like that " i am resigning, i am quitting, i am ... " whenever you are wrong or cannot answer.

I think JackFrost is trying to say that the Moderators should not supersede a vote. That if 10 people have taken the time to vote a player on or off the list, it should not be arbitrarily changed by a moderator. Rather, it should be put up to another vote.

To close this dispute once and for all:
1) JackFrost and skull make the nominations
2) 10 votes are needed
3) slapshot and supreme will vote (two moderators are needed here).
4) Scrappitt will supervise the process
5) Remus will supervise Scrappitt

Why all of these?
Here is an example:
JackFrost and skul want to nominate supreme for BadCon (they always liked this girl).
slapshot is confused.
Scrappitt is

(he is always like that).
After a discussion with Jedi Master Yoda, Remus decides: not possible, she is Yoda's girlfriend.

Agreed!
I think that JackFrost and Skul are excellent representatives of the voting committee. I think the voting panel of peers is a good democratic method that ensure fairness. I also believe that moderators should be able to weigh in.

Just as Remus set a hierarchy over The Watchers, I believe it should remain so here as well.

And yes, slapshot is always confused!
