We are voting for Ahmet to be removed from the BadCon list.
ATM we have 4 yes votes (Sootie,JohhnyB,Slapshot and Lenny)

I have thought about this a-lot and i didn't want to vote at first: but knowing ahmet is a nice person and has good attitude. but! still he is a Immortal - and by being on the BadCon list it helped make him somewhat normal? so we can remove him and see if! he has fixed his connection! now he will be on parole for 30 days is that right? but if i myself find him Immortal i will report my finding and i suggest the rest of you do the same OK-but if he is still Immortal he must be put back on BadCon list to bring his level down to the normal range. Remember he was voted not for very bad connection + Bad attitude?
but for being a Immortal regardless of attitude! so we shall see where this goes? but you guys please don't vote from your heart - but use wisdom in this?

Recently (the past week) not so bad. Before his connection was HORRIBLE and yes, he was immortal!

But last Saturday he said his packs were running at 27 with 7 errors. Far from great, but better than it was!

Can you verify any improvements made to his connection on his end? Or better, Juan507, can you offer any verifications of improvements to your connection?

(skul, welano, Topz007 can you verify?)

Best thing to do is Remove him and see how things go? maybe he is not a Immortal anymore- its possible! his connection is better?

On my immortal list Juan is near the top, so much so that being on the BadCon list made little difference to him.
So leave him on or take him off.

I completely agree with you Lenny. Yesterday I played him in new camp and his conn was destroying the game. Beside that bad connection when I told him he is immortal he just said yes allways and laugh at me? Maybe his twin brother was playing instead of him??

Juan is a Immortal , at one time he was normal ..then all of a sudden he became immortal -how? maybe running many programs who knows ..but he should be placed back on BadCon list with 80% life and no armor - is this possible Remus ..can it be tried to see how it will work out!

I think he should be back on list ...sorry Juan but your a Immortal and you did not fix connection! ......immortals don't have to have bad attitude to be on BadCon list .

simple, just watch them all in one game.
If they can get all the time in a game without being disconnected or out of bounds.
Poor connections always come out in the field, come and go all the time. You never can finish a match decently.
Juan507, and all By_xxx-players of the life, never get this things.

It looks like the Badcon list is not working to its potential? many players whose connection is bad because of need of a server or for whatever reason it may be!
the badcon on one part should not be for punishment! but to Adjust certain players settings! to bring about normalization to a degree. and many of you are not voting like you should because some Immortals have been removed from list?- some said they fixed connection but in realty they didn't !

this is an example of a bad connection, you shoot and nothing changes in the health of the dude.

Sometimes when i play against Vivek his connection is ok, and i enjoy the games, but sometimes it's like Topz says "you shoot & nothing changes"
To be fair to Vivek, whenever i have asked him to reboot, he has done

Vivek, when you have high ms ping & you know connection is bad, I think it would be best for you to open your own camp, and wait for players to enter.
When you have low ms ping & connection is good, then play wherever you like.

Then hopefully other players will understand, and not complain about your connection as much.

Many players could learn from this person. Good attitude makes all the difference when playing against a bad connection. He is aware of it and honestly tries to do something about it. Good man!

I was not complaining about the guy, I think he has a good attitude. I just gave one example, there are others worse than him, such as papisoldier, redesbmc, and others who do not remember now.
