Most of the turkish players have horrible connection to Chicago - USA.
They need their server (in Turkey or Germany).
But me and Josh are talking to ourselves.

1 question... How did this discussion start

NOBODY did the command '' elite camp '' to this fuckers.... ...they just got out...from one reason or another...like they always do to make sure of their victory...and then come here and ask for points...we Messengers dont act stupid like they insinuate ...whats the point to enable the command '' elite camp '' NEAR THE END OF THE GAME...when we know very well that the points will be given to them?!!!!....one more thing...these days we will play with anyone ...turks, japanese, aliens from outer space...because we need points to get on the second place...after that...we will choose our opponents very carefully

Good news for the Turks:

I've recently been playing some players WAY WORSE than any Turk has ever been. And some of these are on the elite list!!

The bad Turkish guys--by_zeus, tarayici, trardatr, etc--move worse, move faster, generally have horrible behaviors, but I played some guys recently who literally take 12 bullets from the new gun and obviously don't lose much health because they can stay alive for 4 times in a row.

I watched this crap on my FRAPS in slow motion with the volume turned up. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. These guys are being shot repeatedly but not dying.

And they don't walk off and die late like some. They just do not receive the packs, so they are original immortals.



In some parts of the world, a good graphics card and computer, 50/50 FPS + smooth motion, and a 36mb Internet network gives you an advantage. On this game, all you need is a Commodore with dialup AOL and a bottlenecked route and you will be on the Legend list in 2 months.

Not true.
A good hardware gives an advantage in any game (single or multi-player).
A good internet connection does NOT give any advantage in a multiplayer FPS (the fastest possible action).
Simply because the bad connections always have lost and/or delayed data packages.
They mess up any multiplayer game in any part of the world.
The truth is another one: "In some parts of the world" players from certain countries are not allowed to play.

A single minor game update is enough to block the access for all the players from Turkey.
Sorry, but I'm not a devil.
Thousands of them love the game and they are daily active players.
On the top of that, the players with good connection don't pay the bills anyway.

I wouldn't want them banned, anyway. My hope is that we'll eventually have enough normal players to where the rest of us won't be forced to play with the bad connections when we want action, and a way to separate it so no one has to.

To date, there just isn't enough of the "good" element to really branch off.

But to your point about connections:

Some people with bad connections cannot kill at all. There seems to be a sweet spot before you get to really bad.

Welano is F'd up, but he can't really kill anyone with precision. He's in the walls mostly. And when my connection goes bad, I just get thrown out of camp or can't kill anyone at all.

There's that sweet, sweet spot where guys can still see the action in (your) real time, can take shots without taking damage, can move strange and dodge bullets, etc.

So I'm jealous of all these guys who have that Goldilocks connections.

How many times do i have to explain this?
There are 2 kind of bad connections:
1) with delayed packets (welano and most of the players from South America)
2) with dropped packets (the "immortals", most of the turkish players).
The fix for this crap DOES NOT EXIST!
On the top of that, the Watchdog ignores the bad connections.
His job is to kick out the speedhackers. And he did an AMAZING job so far.
We have various methods to get rid of bad connections:
- a server in Germany for the turkish players (obvioulsy they think I will pay for that server too )
- more elaborate and accurate "elite" list (it's your job)
- more filters: 80ms ping, 160ms ping
- more filters: USA, UK, Romania, ...
And much more.

YOu explain it if you want. I don't ask.

I just rant about it with others angry at the noobs - some rant more than others.

Not having a fix is fine. Just be ready to explain often.

maybe players with bad connections: who have delayed packets need to be on a different elite list then players with dropped packets! so those who are only in this category can play teams who are more equal to them-selfs?
so the disadvantage elite team can't play with members who are on Immortals elite teams, but to do this .

I want to report harassment from cinayet17 , morvan , adolf54 in SMC and the frozen city: concerning being kick out of room over and over, these three gang up on me, so i couldn't play game. it all started because i out adolf54 from SMC ...he was having connection problems . and i told him he had a bad connection and he agreed with me. i was left with no choice but to kick him out. hoping he would clear his Internet catches! when he came back to room these three kept me from playing the game. so i went to the frozen city and it happen again.

I know, his connection is bad, but kick them out of camp only if their connection is horrible.

His Connection was extremely bad that day, he even admitted how bad it was! i just wanted him too clear Internet cache but some players just don't care!there was no reason to follow me from SMC to Frozen City just to harass me. and kick me out me there too! so i just left Hopeless2 and quit playing the game.

Cinayet17 locked the camp while we were playing.
I just requested to open the camp as we were probably 5 then.
The moment I asked cinayet to open the camp, he punished me followed by Nitro, who punished me w/o reason, lol.

I note that there is an excessive number of suicides during matches.
Occurs: when a player commits suicide, the point is not counted for the opposing team (I do not see this happen) each time they (s) will explode, causing serious damage to your opponent (it is easier to kill him later). Every time it happens (allah-o-ackbar!). If there is punishment for those who kill their partner (s), there should be compensation for that too.
Players with connections bad times take advantage of it enough.
