I found him in EGT in a full "turkish" camp.
He was about 10-20% faster than the other players.

A player with 22000+ frags should know better.
I would say NO second chance for that.

But horrible connection: strafer with missing data packets.

Something's odd - well, not really. But for the sake of argument, we'll say odd.

There are thousands upon thousands of Turk players. We all know that the vast majority have really, really terrible Internet connections.

But it's only the same handful of "cheaters" being reported here time and again.

Even--again, for the sake of argument--if it is just that these handful of players have Internet connections that are far above and beyond what we'd typically consider "bad," it seems to me that losing these morons until they fix it (which, in most cases, would be as simple as turning off MSN!), I.E. BAN, would be in the game's best interest.

It would certainly help clean the place up if connection that bad were considered a cheat and thus excluded someone from playing.
