Pro-Package Problem

Your assistance is needed in getting the Pro-Package activated on my account. I have purchased the Pro-Package each month since it became available and it has worked with no problem - until now.
On September 4, I again purchased the Pro-Package but as of the date of this posting, the Pro-Package has not been activated on my account.
Your help with this matter will be appreciated.

That's because you did not click on the BUY button (you still have 57,640 points).
