You build a team full of players from Turkey. All have similar connection quality (Turkey connection = immortal to most other players). And you wonder why everyone gets pissed and doesn't want to play matches with you?

Shy_Teds team has players from around the world.
COD players from every corner of the earth.
Blackhawk good mix of players.
Destruction Squad has members from Mexico, USA, Filipines, Spain, etc.

Most of the teams are set up this way. Benefits are that connections get more balance of good and bad, so more equal as a whole. Players available at all times.
