weekdays 17.00-01.00 weekend 14.00-02.00 formed from high ping problem

The problem continuous Turkey to many time.Because the inadequate infrastructure . ı call mine ISP so many time , they dont undersstand my problem.For they know they not ignore this problem. they do not want to understand .They know they can not do anything
We use 40 years of copper cables .we dont have fiber optics.
Due to this problem is a lot of online players to discuss customer service every day.But for the first time heard of this problem,closing up the phone saying .

we are 3 options : TTNET,SMİLE,SUPERONLİNE
SMİLE s have a port problem , almost sucks.
if y are lucky you get a good ping to SUPERONLINE.it is also up to a point

I think the only solution is going to be a server closer to or in Turkey.

So we need to pay for it somehow.

yes thats the good idea to pay a little.. a little contribution by all players.. just like you buy a candy. if you even spend that little that would be worth of. even if all players would pay 1 dollar once in a month that would be worthy too. and your ping and packets loss problem would be solved.
