Best: Browser Versions
Best: Anti Virus
i Want to know Much Improove in This game like Which is The best Browser to play this game Which is The Best OS? To this game Best Anti Virus etc... etc

Not only for this game, but for any browser based game:
1) the fastest combination is "Windows XP + IE6"
(I also get very good results on Windows XP + Firefox 3.6)
Another good and mature browser is IE7.
Windows Vista sucks.
Windows 7 is OK.
2) good antivirus = good protection without wasted system resources.
A very good option is
Avira.
The free version is also very good:

Stay away from Avast (wasted resources & a bunch of false alarms)!

"Avira Premium" is not "Avira Personal" (free).
