Remus: I would not like to wrongly accuse players of speedhack. But many times some players seem to be moving much too fast, but could it be my connection?

Other players seem to move smoothly (I have a fast computer and a half of T1 connection).

Please advise. Some of these players have excess of 80,000 frags so I'd rather be sure.
