You cannot talk about bugs when most of the players in your camp have the older version.
For them, all the players with slot > 8 have slot 1 or 2.
So if 3 players share the first slot, you'll see that value.
They are all speedhack morons and they are kicked out of camp.

Don't know is this cause of new update but in Infection when someone die I see him/her to die "aside"

Your OS is messed up.
msvcr71.dll is a Windows system file (associated with the Visual C Runtime library).
