How else can I put Rob Zombie's "Living Dead Girl" on a video I make?

One of the zombies needs to be a girl. Maybe with a half-torn t-shirt that says "hopeless."

All you would need to do is put a wig and lipstick on the male zombie, slim it down a bit, and toss some balloons in the shirt.
