I need a team. Information : name : andrey frags: 37343 points :89770 ( killing) : regular 120 people in 4 hours mad 300 people in 4 hours pissed: 630 highest in 4 hours. history got kicked out of destruction squad.

It's this statement alone that I can see why you were kicked from the team. You didn't care about being on the team. You only cared about having the ammo pack! You need to put your own wants aside and think about what you can do for the team's benefit. Everybody has something they can add for the betterment of a team. It's not the other way around. Don't join a team for what it can do for your own betterment. You will find it's like this in life as well. Think about others first; then think about yourself.

First, try being honest about your frags. Last check, it was more like 566...
Then review some of the older posts in this topic. There are several players who want to start a team. PM each other with details of time zones, when you can play, etc. Then, get 3 other players each with at least 500 frags, think of a team name, then create a new post under this topic with a request to establish the team.
