I can't play the game

Dear Remus,
today strangely I can't play the game. I login normaly, select the wanted camp, and choose room and than strange picture appear (see attachment). I cant play or move. Nothing, this is very strange because I did not have any problems with the game from the moment I first started to play. I tried to reboot my PC, clear cache but nothing happens. I tried to play in IE8 and Mozilla firefox 3.xx. Same thing. Could you please help me. Thanks in advanced!!!

Thanks remus for a quick response!
I saw that announcement but I was affraide to update schockwave because of my problems with sound (as you allready know). I didnt think that it would affect the gane so much. The reasone that I didnt install it is that I also had problems with installation of adobe products from offical pages (dont know why). I found adobe full instaler offline on another site. I did clean install and now everything works as it should be. Thaks anyway!!!

p.s.
I don't have any sound issues on all my computers (professional, mid-range, or cheap onboard soundcards).
In case of sound issues, double check these:
- the soundcard drivers (reinstall them if necessary).
- the SW installation (buggy on certain OS/browser combinations)
- use a stable & verified browser (IE6 or IE7).
Keep the "modern" (and buggy
) browsers for browsing websites only.

Clear the browser cache and reload the game.
The
baMoveCursor module has been enabled again.
I get the feeling that SW 11.5.9.620 is not 100% compatible with any OS/browser combination.
Here is a tip: take the bazooka and visit the Adobe headquarters.
