Aiming glitch

I noticed that when a character that is looking up or down and is shooting at you they're gun is still aiming straight, not up or down. Please fix this bug/glitch. Thanks! 
"Look Up / Look Down" are not broadcasted and their correspondent animations are missing anyway.
