can CTF and domination be open to people without teams? why is it reqruired to have a team to?

its not that easy 2 find other members w/out team
cause some dont reply 2 their PMs

but i wont no if they have 500 flags or not
which will still take time 2 figure out
we should be able 2 see their flags w/out them tellin us

yeah and the chat well for me ain't very good sometimes i could have wwwwcc44444444444 even if i hit backspace i get 44444444444444444 but most of the times it works but i don't see why it can't be open to the public without teams i mean we already have free teams and i know 1 guy who wanted to make a team but i havent seen him in awhile :'(
