why does it lag more on free teams then Deathmatch?

It doesn't!!!!
It is the same camp.
The only difference you are probably seeing is due to the people inside the camp.

hmmm well for my i could go to a 7 player death match lag a little but not as bad as free team........

Something in your computer is weak (probably the processor).
Post the computer specs (processor, graphics card, RAM, OS and browser).

they might be a problem cause well its not really my computer and thats a long story but i have inernet 7 and my graphis card well i don't think i have one.

i usuaslly have 30 FPS but when i go into free teams its 17 FPS

It doesn't lag at all if you have a decent computer.
If you have a cheap computer (slow processor, less than 2GB RAM and onboard graphics card),
to improve the frame rate you must turn OFF the AntiAliasing and the Q3 Shaders.
They count in 3 maps: KIN, AZT and SMC.
There're no Q3 shaders in TFC and EGY (that's why they run faster on entry-level machines).

Right mouse click on the desktop / NVIDIA Control Panel / Antialiasing Mode = Off

If you have ATI graphics card, see Catalyst Control Center / 3D / Anti-Aliasing

is there anuther way 2 get to da NVIDIA Control Panel
cause when i right clikd n i didnt find it
