For Create New Team;
First: You need 500 frags,
Second: Find 3 more players with > 500 frags, find them in camps, speak with them, and after that come here, post players names, team name and Remus will activate your team...

But Before,
You need find 3 players,They need 500 frags (To enter your team ) ,
They must be a Forum Account.
After than,
You open a New Topic
Topic Name > Your Team Name,

İn the Topic,
Must Be , Team Name , Team Members and Team Leader

After,
You Team players , Come here and , They writing '' I Want Join Your Team.

AwesomeX, you may look me up in camps and I'll be happy to share some fighting tips with you. I think you'll find that many of us are happy to help.
Some big tips:

1. Keep cursing to a minimum
2. Turn off ALL other internet programs while playing this game (including MSN chat or similar)
3. Show respect to players in camp. If you are asked to re-boot, please do so. It means that your connection is bad. This can be from many things, including a build-up in your browser history. Clear you internet history cache often.

By doing these things, everyone will be more than happy to help you out!
